In 1972 Joseph B. Warren opened up a portable building business. He sold the factory built buildings along with his sons Joe and Jeff. He started manufacturing buildings, awnings and decks in a shop back in the head of Beaverdam in Candler NC. They built buildings in that shop for 35 years, after that JB retired and Jeff Warren took over.

Jeff kept the business going for 12 or more years. Then he closed the business in mid 2021 due to sickness. Now Jeff Warren and his son Jason Warren are proud to open up JW's Portable Buildings.  Jason Warren the owner with leadership from his father, Jeff intends to offer well built sheds, carports and garages. Three generations of this will get you some of the best built products in the industry at the best prices.

Jason and father Jeff Warren will beat anyones price on portable buildings. We buy out inventory, no consignment so we can be competitive. We also will be setting up rent to own on portable buildings. We will have full inventory by mid July  and  we carry, metal, wood and vinyl buildings.  Our lot is open now at the corner of Pallet Road and 19-23 in Candler NC beside the Dollar Tree.
